Justin the maintenance guy is extremely helpful with all of the issues between the changing of maintenance management or lack there of for a while. His excellent and professional communication is attentive and provides resolution, his dedication to turning the property around is clear as day I see him every morning I leave for work picking the mess up and trying to make it better

Gina and Ashley are AMAZING! I’ve never stayed in an apartment complex were the office administrators actually know you on a first name basis! That says a lot about how they take care of their tenants! Absolutely AMAZING! They try their BEST to get you approved even if it’s a high deposit it’s better than being denied! Their efforts are unmatched!

New maintenance team, including Justin and Jesus, have been making major progress.

This review is being edited because the new Property manager Ashley has done everything she can to make things right in my unique situation. The property itself is rather nice, the units are roomy & the maintenance guys are really on point. Gina the office Lease Manager always remembers your name. She knows her residents & that's a personal touch. Overall the team here is now complete & they can make this place Great.
