I moved in November and management and maintenance has only improved in all aspects. They have handled all communications, repairs, and other interactions with professionalism, attentiveness and urgency. Norma has been a great addition to the team in the office, she has been beyond helpful! I feel comfortable knowing I can approach her with any questions, issues, or concerns. Her, Ashley, and the maintenance team have done a great job of making this place feel better, cleaner, and safer than when I moved in. I have recommended it to two friends, one plans to tour soon. I cannot recommend this to any and all in the area enough.

I've been looking all over for an apartment I could move my daughter into while attending med school for Children's Hospital. Everywhere we have looked we were treated poorly by the assistant managers.... and the property manager didn't even seem to care. Finally we found Innovation @ Fitz!!!!! Great staff, kind empathetic, and truly cared. The assistant manager Norma showed us around and even the property manager Ashley and the maintenance supervisor Shaq visited with us when we got back to the office after our tour. The hospitality was paramount and I immediately felt comfortable with my daughter living here. We got a great deal with our move in. Good incentives...Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to rent without all the runaround.

I have only been a resident for the last 6 months, but I gotta tell you the entire process of getting into a unit was absolutely seamless. The property manager on-site Ashley was very welcoming, informative, and made the process so easy. She made me feel like I was a part of the community day one. The maintenance supervisor shaq is also very dependable and addressed my one need that I had immediately. This team knows what they're doing in a very timely and professional manner. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

I think these apartments are great! The new manager Ashley is really cleaning things up. My home is spacious and in a good location to my work. Maintenance is responsive as well.

I had a great tour experience with Norma Puga ! She was amazing—super friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making the process feel rushed. She took the time to walk me through the community, and really helped me. I definitely recommend Broadleaf if you’re looking for living near Aurora !
